Bhumika Gurung of "Nimki Mukhiya" fame has joined the cast of Pooja Gor and Arhaan Behll-starrer "Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya 2". She will play the role of a bubbly, carefree girl called Meera. The actress has already started shooting for her role and will soon be seen on-screen.
Her character will bring in an interesting twist in the show and will surely raise the entertainment bar.
So far we have seen that Pratigya's righteousness becomes a problem for her. Krishna is arrested, and Balwant Tyagi hits him inside the jail. A severely injured Krishna ends up in the hospital, and though he was first announced dead, he is somehow saved. But his mother believes that all this is Pratigya's fault and wants to get rid of her from the family. She starts to poison her, and plans to get Krishna married again once Pratigya is dead. "Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya 2" also features Anupam Shyam, Chetan Hansraj, Sachal Tyagi, Parvati Sehgal and Aalika Sheikh. The show, which is being led by Pearl Grey as the showrunner, creative producer and writer, and produced under Rajan Shahi's banner Director's Kut Productions, airs on Star Bharat from Monday to Friday at 8:30 p.m.
